Today is my second day of the new round. It was not too terribly difficult. I find i suceed better if i continue to drink my coffee in the morning but with sugar free cream otherwise I like to save all of my calories for a big meal at the end of the day with a small sweet treat. Today was baked chicken breast, half sweet potato, salad with light dressing diluted and my sweet treat was sugar free vanilla ice cream with berries. Everything was measured and I came in at 488 calories.
My most difficult time is lunch time at work especially if someone has someting yummy smelling. Today I ran 2.5 miles at lunch break and drank lots of water.
I remember during the 8 months I stuck with this diet before that I felt great and food tasted so much better. I am excited to give it another shot.
