Well, I am fasting today somewhat involuntarily. I had bought this prepackaged salad at the grocery store over the weekend (which I've bought before) and brought it to lunch today. But the expiration date was today and it just didn't look or smell right, so I had to throw it out. I have to check these dates better in the future! I went for a walk first, so now it's too late for me to run out for something else. So I guess I'll just fast until dinner!! I don't feel starving right now, so hopefully it should be ok. I'll probably try to eat dinner a little earlier.

Anyone else fasting today - voluntarily or involuntarily?
Yes, when I realized I hadn't eaten breakfast or lunch. Accidental, since I was distracted. I'll finish the fast today as my first in a year.
