Im Claire and as I am new to the forums I would just like to say a big Hello!!
Having tried many diets and diet clubs i am so glad i am now a 5:2er! I tend to look at this as not dieting but changing my attitude to food. i no longer feel guilty having a little...(oookay! Sometimes a lot!!!) of what i enjoy, i can swap my fast day if i have social arrangements and more importantly i have stuck to this for over 3 months, which is my personal best as usually if i am deprived i just throw it all in and go back to being a wee piggy!!
My loss has been more or less consistent 1lb a week more often than not I have weeks when i don't loose anything but on the whole i feel that i am making changes and taking steps to amend my eating habits.
I would love to hear feedback or advice from anyone out there.
