NO JUICE.
Ok, I have to be honest. I don't completely understand what you're saying here. What is IF 18 or 16? Do you mean 18 hour fasting window?
NONE OF THIS WILL BE INSTANT. You can't assume you're going to get healthy blood pressure in a week or necessarily even a month. Your body took a while to get to 286 pounds and your BP took a while to get to 150/100. There is no magic fix. It will take time, patience and commitment.
However it is totally doable. I was 272lbs and now I'm 201. So believe me, I get it.
The program that will work for you is the one that you can stick with for a long time. It bears repeating: THE PROGRAM THAT WILL WORK FOR YOU IS THE ONE YOU CAN STICK WITH FOR A LONG TIME.
You can try a fad diet, like juicing (no, please don't. Juicing is not a good idea) and you can lose weight quickly, but the second you go back to old habits, the weight will pile back on and then some.
Start off reducing your carbs every day (try something reasonable at first, like limiting your carbs to 4 servings per day). and try intermittent fasting two days a week, where you don't eat until as late in the day as possible and you only eat 600 calories (because of your weight) in the whole day. On fast days, try eating as few carbs as possible, sticking to lean meats and vegetables (to keep the calories down).
