first time faster

Hi there
im new to this group and new to fasting. I have alot of questions but my first one would be has anyone done fasted training? i normally do crossfit 3x a week at 5 am, jsut curious to see if anyone else trains early in the day then waits a few hours to have their first meal?

Hi @Jodi40 and welcome!

My husband used to fast and he enjoyed working out and running on fast days. He ususally did this at lunch time and waited until 6pm or before he ate anything. He found working out at lunch suppressed his appetite and made it easier to fast until dinner time.
