No weight loss - 2 weeks

Hi. I have returned to fasting after losing my way for a couple of years. I stick with one ready meal in the evening and drink copious amounts of water during the day. I have been fasting for 6 weeks and have not lost a single pound or inch.

I am keeping to 500/600 calories and so I know that it isn't the intake. I have upped my exercise too and attend at least 3 (gruelling) classes per week.

I feel like I can see and feel the difference but the scales and measurements don't shift. I am on medication that can cause...... erm....... a less than effective digestive system and therefore I can sometimes be a little constipated.

What do people think? Am I doing something wrong?
