I had really good success with 5:2 several years ago and I need to get back to it. When I was last here I found a buddy with a similar amount to lose and we would email each other support. It doesn't need to be in the same part of the world...I am in Seattle but my former buddy was in the UK (we lost touch and I think we both fell off the wagon). I'm 44 years old, I am 5'8" and have about 40 pounds to lose. Yikes. It used to be less but so it goes. Please let me know if you'd be interested )
