Hello. I started 5:2 in November to see if I was able to maintain it. With a bit of a break at the end of December I have consistently lost 1lb a week, but the last 2 weeks, nothing.. I need to do some measurements.
I’m determined not to loose sight of this plan as it’s the best ever been on (I’ve tried them all). The emotional eating and obsessing about what I can and can’t have has all but stopped and I feel that my mental health has improved.

Question, how do I get past the plateau?
