Hi everyone. It's been a while since I've been on forums, but I see so much value in having one for stuff like this! I've been either intermittent fasting or doing 5:2 (back and forth) for almost two years. Not much weight loss success, but I am hypothyroid and just within "normal" weight. On the plus side I have totally stopped counting calories (other than the two days) and I am hearing my body's actual satiety signals, finally modelling a good relationship with food for my toddlers, yay! Does it still count as 5:2 if you eat nothing on the two days? I've done that as well as doing 500 calories (in the form of a whole-foods dinner), I'm just wondering. Excited to hear and learn more from everyone!
