Hello… again

Hello everyone. I am not exactly new to this forum, but it has been a while. I lost weight successfully back in 2013/2014 using the 5:2 method and I kept it off successfully using a maintenance approach until the last two years.

Looking forward to hearing how everyone fasts, how they’re finding it and if there’s anyone still here who was around in 2013. xx

Hi redhead, I'm new in fasting and trying my best to make it a habit, I'm 5'5", 170 lbs.
can you share any tips to how can I stay away to foods while fasting?
what is your trick or tips on doing it?

Hi, I started in January 2013, but haven't been on the forum for ages. I have continued to fast and have kept off the weight I lost. I still try and do 3 days a week, but am less strict about my calorie intake on those days, mostly being around the 800 calorie mark.
For me this was a total change of life that really suited me, so haven't found it difficult to carry it on. Can't believe I'm just about to complete 9 years of fasting!
