Thanks Janeg. :oops: You're probably right if it's not broke don't try and fix it. I guess the weight loss has slowed down after the dr dropped my thyroxine dose twice and I just thought a change might help.

Changing/mixing it up might help! I'm not really up on fasting with medical conditions, but there is a thread about it and some people on the forum have thyroid issues. Maybe they could help?
