Interesting research on timimg of meals and weight loss

I haven't read the full article but this looks interesting, particularly as they found that people who had the main meal later in the day were more likely to skip breakfast and lost less weight than those who ate their main meal earlier. This is not about fasting, but may help people think about when they eat during their fast day

Yes interesting, though their definition of 'early' and 'late' eaters is whether they had their lunch before or after 3pm. I would think most people in this forum will have their main meal in the evening, which might be even worse than having a late lunch. Certainly I do - and I sometimes skip breakfast too...

Interesting. Also, note that in Krista Varady's ADF studies the single 500 cal meal was eaten at lunch.
