Running faster

Hello All
I've noticed some of you run and want to improve your times on e.g. the 5k a bit.
Having read quite a few running books and tried various devilish schemes, this article is really good:

- Vary your runs (don't just do the same every time)
- Run uphill
- HIT and core training will help your running (more than you can imagine)
