Hi can you reset my tracker to 0 for me please. Data is from 2013, and am starting again after health issues at a higher weight.

Hi @Moogie , I'd really like to get my tracker reset. I started again on the 13th of this month at a higher weight so trackers not looking good at the mo and I'm actually doing ok. I have sent a few PM's where I think I needed to but no change yet I'd like to get rid of everything before the 13th please making that my new start date. Sorry if I seem to be pestering but would love to see my tracker looking healthy. Thank you

IM's are at the convenience of the receiver who may not have the email notice activated. Tags are often better:

Tags are an editing option that emails an alert to the tagged person that they've received a comment about their post from another member. Like this...

See that red quote, green double-quote, and green thumb icon trio to the right? Move your cursor over them to see what they do. Then click on the green-double quote icon to open an edit window. Try it with this post.

To tag someone, type in the person's name, double click it with your mouse to select it, then click on the button labeled "tag" just above the edit window. That's all there is to it.

BTW, welcome to the group! Questions? Ask and we'll do what we can to answer directly or at least point you in a promising direction.

I think someone reset my tracker to show how much I have lost since 3/10/18 - but the reset didn't reset the other tracked data. Sooooo - it looks like I am losing .3 pounds a week and that at that rate, I won't hit my goal until 2020! Yikes....

I suppose I can make a new account if I have to. Help?

I believe you can go to the add data tab (upper right) on the tracker view to enter dates and change their values.
