How is the trendline calculated

I'm no math wiz  (period, full stop).
I tried to figure out how the trend line is calculated. I see the formula if I hover over the trend line. Is X the sum of all my weights entered to tracker stats? What is the source of the unchanging factors in the formula (0.192 and 7981.728)? Are those factors specific to me or the same for everyone?
Like I said, no math wiz, so I probably don't even know what questions to ask. I really did search past posts for an answer, but trend line is a really popular phrase around here
TIA

IIRC, it's a statistics line-fit formula to account for all of your reported weights and generate a slope for the graph trend line.
