Goal weight 120 lbs, maintenance range 118 - 122 lbs, method 19/5 every day.

Entry weight 124 lbs, exit weight 125 lbs, average 124.14 lbs

Lowest 122 lbs (1 day), highest 126 lbs (1 day)

OK, so the goal weight is a bit aspirational at the moment, but I am not changing it.

I'm away from my scales at the moment and I'm not using any others. I'm probably a couple of pounds heavier than I'd like . Will weigh on Friday

I know it is March already, but still want to post a reply for February. I am now about 3.2 kg lighter and my BMI has gone down to 22.6. This annual fasting period (Lent) is going well and I am never hungry. :smile:

I like your reporting format @barbarita! Here's my report:

Maintenance Month 21
Goal weight <65g, maintenance range 63-65kg, method 16:8 (or 17:7 or 18:6 or 19:5 depending) every day.
Entry weight 64.7kg, exit weight 64.8kg, average 64.7kg
Lowest 64.4kg (1 day), highest 65.2kg (1 day)
Goal waist: 70cm; entry 70cm; exit 70cm; highest 70cm; lowest 70cm
Just managing to keep the average weight to my target. But the waist measurement is reassuringly stable!
