Almost the end of the month. So how are you doing fellow maintainers? Hope you are not in a struggle. Personally I'm in the midst of something like a winter-dip regarding weight (not in terms of emotions  ). Not fasted since somewhere beginning of December and still at the lower section of my maintenance range. No real change in eating pattern and exercise. Anyone have the idea that you are burning more calories in winter time :?: :geek:
Update: just had a look at my personal maintenance topic and this is the third year in a row that I had a walk in the park in these months without fasting. Seems like a pattern to me. Waiting for the weight to come on after winter and the end of speedskating season (end of March)

Hi @P-JK

All sounds good with you. And, everything considered, I am doing okay, thanks for asking.

I think the weekly challenges have helped me limit the number of evenings where I overindulge, and I also have reduced the amount by which I overindulge. May it continue!

I feel my weight has remained stable this year, maybe even lost a little. Not that that is the main thing - the important thing is being able to appropriately manage my food intake.

Best wishes to all! :clover:

I haven't weighed myself since Christmas, I can still fit into my clothes and that will have to do as a measure for now as life is getting in the way of bothering about my weight.
just got a new PC so all cookies have gone and I can log on easily :victory:

Maintenance Month 032

Goal weight 120 lbs, maintenance range 118 - 122 lbs, method OMAD every day.

Entry weight 123 lbs, exit weight 125 lbs, average 123.6 lbs
Lowest 122 lbs (2 days), highest 125 lbs (4 days)

My OH may be getting a tablet. I will be able to log in on his, but still not on my trusty Kindle. Oh well. Greetings @merlin
