Hormone therapy and weight loss - it is possible!

After breast cancer seven years ago, ( with an encore 3 years ago), I blamed hormone therapy for my weight gain - about two stones over four years or so which was stubbornly resistant to dieting - until I discovered 5/2!!! I started in March - diet plus 30 mins exercise per day. Since then I have lost 21 pounds, lots of inches and dropped two dress sizes. Better still I am confident that this regime is sustainable indefinitely. I have not been this weight since I was 15! ( now 57). And I am aiming to lose another 10 pounds. Good luck to others starting the journey - it is possible and big thanks tonMichael and Mimi!
