April Fitbitters

Hi, I thought I would start this thread as I am committed to achieve my Fitbit step target on at least 6 days out of 7 during April as part of @ADFnFuel's current challenge Easter Bunnies to April Fools

I have a fantastic new feature on my Fitbit which has just appeared in the last couple of days. It is an hourly activity tracker which encourages you to step at least 250 steps EVERY hour. You can nominate which hours throughout the day that you want to achieve this and it shows how you are doing. Really interesting for those (like me) who sit in an office each day. This and the Workweek Hustle Challenge are my favourite Fitbit features. What do you love about yours?

Will the Fitbit count toe raises as steps? That's where from standing you raise up onto your toes, then back down to touch your heels to the floor as a 'step'.

Great to see you fitbitters still going for it.
Sad I'm no longer in your gang, but I love my Apple Watch to bits.
Shame there isn't an Apple Watch group so we can have leader board

@carieoates, there's no reason to feel left out if you are counting your steps with your apple watch!! It's all the same!
@Pilchards - I saw that feature too. It is cool. I am on my feet most of the day at work, but it's still good to see and will be helpful on weekends and such!
My current goal is 9000 steps/day and I'm doing pretty well with it. I'm training for a 5K, so that certainly helps. I'm a little behind, but still on track for my goal of 3 million steps for the year!

I don't actively count my steps anymore as I know I'm ok with the amount I do thanks to a few years with my Fitbit.
I used to be in the top 10 on the 5.2 group
Now we have a puppy and a 5km walk is common place several times a week on top of my active job and occasional running. I think I left the group so now I can't even spy on you all.

The apple watch will count steps though, won't it?

Oh yes it's fab, I just don't actively look at it daily as know I'm doing ok.
