desserts

just wondered how many of you always have dessert on your feed days. I don't tend to have them in the week usually just on a Sunday or if I go out for a meal. Just lately I have been feeling peckish around a couple of hour after my dinner and succumbing to porridge which really isn't good eaten just before bed. Just wondering if I should start havung a dessert (low cal of course) after my meal. What do you think? And for those of you who do have desserts what do you have?
