Caught it on radio just now .. was episode 4 about the Paleo diet and they gave it a 1.5 out of 5

Last comment on first link talks about this dude.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arnold_Ehret

he has this concept of "Rational fasting"

for the scientists in the house ... @carorees valid stuff?

The wiki article doesn't explain what his rationale for rational fasting is so I don't know. However, his other ideas which are laid out in the wiki article are mostly wrong about how the body works.
