Since no one responded, I'll reply. I skimmed through the site and here is my opinion: While the layout and the logo are nice, etc, what slightly bothers me is that the "favorite products" are mostly Clickbank products. I don't doubt that she believes that they work, but many things from CB have been considered scams.

However, even with the poor landing page of many of those products, the one that intrigues me the most from Viviana's site is the "Old School New Body" system (eBook?). I'm sure you could find most of that information online, but I just do not have the time with balancing work and taking care of my two boys.

I usually just buy things online and then if they don't work - I return them within a month. I do notice that there is a 60 day money back guarantee for the products. Still skeptical, but I'll look into the aforementioned eBook.

Anyway, so far so good!

I agree with what you have written. I haven't tried the OSNB eBook yet. I'm happy with the Beta Switch so far and have read the first 40 pages. I'm interested how I could incorporate the 5:2 with it. Let me know if you ever get the "system" working for you. I usually purchase eBooks from Amazon for my Kindle, but would prefer an actual book instead of a digital copy.

Oh, before I forget - I received a reply from Viviana just last night and she said that she was busy working with someone on some other site. Maybe I should start a blog myself, hahah.

OK, I looked again but fail to see anything there that offered something that might be of value here.

The articles seem to wander from topic to topic with little to no understanding of the science of weight loss or metabolic health. No references to supporting studies anywhere to be found. Much of what was presented, as tips for example, have been proven incorrect. It seems they didn't do their homework. At no point beyond consistently vague generalities do they ever describe what they offer as their successful methodology and so far, nothing that might be externally verified. And yet they want you to join or purchase something to be let in on their miracle. In short, a tease depending entirely on promise and hope. Maybe it's only a vanity site for the presenter? Who knows?

Contrast it with IF. Dozens of sites, dozens of books, thousands of successes worldwide, no joining, no costs whatsoever, daily discussions of efficacy and process, all implementation details out front for open review and discussion.

Drat, I wrote a lengthy reply but it didn't show up because it asked me to sign in again. I will say this: I take everything with a grain of salt even from seemingly legitimate sources because I find that not all bodies are created equally. I don't have the money right now, but if I did I would buy many different eBooks and learn everything inside. If there is information out there that is spurious then at least I would know based on my own experiences.

P.S I'm not sure if you were writing about the blog or those Clickbank product sites. Now I can't remember what else I wanted to write. *sigh*

I think I agree more with @ADFnFuel here. Even so, there is treasure to be found even there. I have mentioned before that I simply do not have the time to search out every little thing...yet. It's easier to hear what people have to say and take in the things that I agree with instead of going through hundreds of articles in an attempt to see what is true and what is false. It reminds me of that story (there was more than one source) about certain doctors who were arguing about the benefits of chocolate and some outright stated that it is not healthy. I'm sure that research done on the subject will show us the benefits. Yet it will also come with cons for why it should be moderated.

Isn't that how things work? There is no diet to end all diets and neither is there a work out plan suitable for every person. I like the idea of intermittent fasting applied to what I do with my workouts (cardio, calisthenics, stretching, etc). When done in moderation, many things fall into place.

People should start drawing their own healthy diet from the very young ages. Everything needs time to achieve. Besides doing exercises regularly, we need to consume as many good-for-health products as possible. In my opinion, spending time searching for food's health nutritions is very good because it helps us with getting to know what did we eat. For instance, I love squash then i conduct a small search about it. Surprisingly, It provides a diversity of vitamins, some of which exist in considerable amounts. For example, there is 17 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams of serving. You'll never know unless you read some article about it. I think it is very useful.
