These are lovely... flavoursome and moist.

The recipe came up on FB and was in cups so I used a cup but weighed everything as well and noted. Thus...

50g porridge oats
250g 0% greek fat yoghurt
1 medium egg
30ml skimmed milk (I used Alpro unsweetened almond)
2 tblsp granular artificial sweetener (I used one each of Splenda and Stevia)
35g cocoa powder(approx 2 tlbsp)
1 tsp baking powder
50g apple sauce

Put everything into a blender and zap until smooth (about a minute) Pour into a greased square tin* and bake for approximately 15 mins. Mark into 9 squares and allow to cool before eating.... mitts off! I said "allow to cool" - wait a bit longer!!!

The recipe said to use an 8 x 8" square tin but I found that too big for my proportions. Although the brownies remained lovely and moist, they were more the thickness of biscuits so a smaller baking container will make them deeper.

Each square is 73 cals, 6g net carbs (8 carb, 2 fibre) and 2g fat.

Enjoy!

Hi Domane, I merged these rather than delete one, since I wasn't sure which post you would prefer :-)

Thank you @Domane, going to try them, but
"applesauce"
Can't get it in Denmark - will boiled apple (porridge) do? and does yours contain sugar?
