I started this on 11.9.13 and weighed in at 88.8 kg, today's weigh in is 84.5 I'm so pleased!! I've lost a lot of inches all over and here are my latest pics

Oh yes....great shape there girl. And how refreshing to see a female taking a pic in her undies. Think I may have made a similar comment once before. Be proud of that pert little bottom. And I can't even take a selfie with my mobile let alone my ipad.

I have some before pics, but I was only wearing knickers, so I have had to 'paint' a bra on me. They will come out eventually, when I feel that there is enough of a difference to be worthwhile bringing them out.

Ha ha come @Julieathome get em out. You know what I do actually have a little piccy of me in some brand new undies but it wasn't taken for the demonstration of weight loss. And no before you start raising your eyebrows it was purely to show the undies my hubs ordered. Oh blimey I'm blushing now.

Hey @Arpeggi we could be twins ! You take pics like me, half naked, holding a device, same angle ! I could never hold an ipad up though ! I can just about do my iphone with one hand.

Not sure they are very good viewing though (of me !), think Bridget Jones...

I don't post to often as usually someone has beaten me to it but I have found everything I've needed so far, and the posts I have made have always had a warm reception,

I have found if I close my eyes before getting on scales they tend to be lower haha total nonsense of course but I am going to have to continue doing so now!!!

I talk to my scales just before getting on them !

I don't have to close my eyes because I have to squint just right to see the hash marks. You look great--I don't even need to squint.

@nursebean don't be shy about posting pics do it when your ready,

@minigill the iPad is in 2 hands and mainly because it covers my face hehe and also because I am keeping a little spreadsheet of monthly weigh in and measurements, my target weight is around 77kg so I've about 8 more to go yet,
I'm finding it's getting easier as the weeks go on though x
