Well today to is my 1 year fast birthday, I have lost 27 lbs, on 5-2, and am so happy

Just come back from the UK after visiting family and to welcome my new beautiful grandson, also managed to stay on track even after enjoying cream teas, fish and chips, and Gregg's hot sausage rolls, making me hungry thinking about it.
Whilst there brought new clothes size 14, very chuffed, long time since I have been in that size. My bmi is still high than I would like but not going to worry about it.
I have always kept fit, so now my job is to stay on track and enjoy my next year

Wow well done from me too. That's a fantastic amount if weight and being a size 14 you must be chuffed to bits. In attempting to drop another dress size. Too.
