Before and after (= long before)

Time to celebrate achieving my goal weight (64 kg.) with an ‘after’ picture on the day I also celebrated my 53rd birthday. The difference with ‘before’ is clearly visible, but not truly reflecting the impact of 5:2. Therefore I tried my original wedding outfit from 1985. And guess what? It fits perfectly. Back then I had just turned 25 and was rather fanatic in sports. Being able to wear this outfit is to me the ultimate visualisation of the impact of 5:2 on both my body and my state of mind.

Well done, you must be walking around with a permanent smile. What a great idea, trying on your wedding outfit. I might try my wedding dress on.....but not yet. Congrats.

You do look very different and the first thing I noticed was that
You're now holding your head a lot higher. :clover: Sue. :clover:
