I was going to wait until I'd lost a complete stone but couldn't. As I put on this T-shirt this morning I remembered a pic of me wearing it on holiday last April. So I recreated the same outfit, although the trousers are way too big for me now

Although I'm looking a bit serious in the 'after' shot that's only because I was concentrating on taking the pic! I'm delighted so far - between 3 and 4 inches lost off both waist and hips, and god knows how many off my top half

Still another stone to go but I'm happy to take my time!
