@creakypete the before pic was taken on Panarea, in the Aeolian Islands, we'd just climbed to the highest point which is why I'm looking a bit done in!
@littlejoy actually they are the same pants! Haven't thrown much out yet, but they've done their time I think
@happyholidays I've not done anything special to be honest, the first 8 weeks I didn't lose anything
but then I started to see a difference and it hasn't been hard to stick with it. I don't calorie count on feast days, I'm still probably drinking too much 
and I only gave up alcohol on fast days about 8 weeks ago.
I'm sorry it's not working for you yet but can only say what others have said, stick with it if you can and at some point your body will do its thang ... good luck!

Posted: 12 Nov 2013, 20:09Fantastic difference Lizzie - well done, you must feel great! And can endorse all you said to happyholidays - I didn't lose weight for about the first 7 weeks (but lost inches) and have now lost a pound less than you, and been going 28 weeks.
