Today I'm grateful for the cooler weather to let me walk at 6am without getting heat stroke. I'm grateful for the fact my scales have broken so I now longer need to be obsessed with numbers, and the fact they had so much power over deciding if my day was going to be a positive one. I'm grateful that I found 5:2 as its lead me to the realisation that I am in control, not my scales. I'm grateful for my family and my friends and my good health.
Pretty much, I'm grateful for everything today. The good in the world that encourages me to do more, and for the bad in the world that gives me the drive to make a difference.

I am grateful today that it is Palm Sunday in Lent, and that I have actually managed to fast 34 days. With an eating window approach, 15:00 . 18:15., excepting Sundays. So I only have 6 days of Holy Week left. The Holy Week is so significant in Lent, that I am hoping it will go easier. So far I have lost 3,4 kg. After Easter it'll be strange  NOT be fasting....
