I met a friend for coffee on Friday.
I was shocked by the response.
I had to walkstraight past her and mention her name.
The comment I got:

YOU"VE LOST A LOT OF WAEIGHT,
I didn't recognise you.

What a way to go. I am truly SO HAPPY with this comment.
I am off to the Doctors in a couple of weeks. He weighed me
before I started 5:2 and I await his reaction and the scales.
Will also have various blood tests done to see if I have achieved
my goal - get my liver working properly.
Fingers crossed.

Well done tenshi, it certainly gives you confirmation 5.2 does work..
I have been doing 5.2 since last October, got off to a really slow start weight wise, but have stu k to it religiously...my full blood test results last week were excellant, everything well within the boundries and my cholestral was down from 4.3 to 2.33.....and Ive only lost 5lb, very slowly, but its off not on so Im really pleased.....
Keep going everybody its the best!!!
