Well done - it's hard waiting, but once you see it does actually happen eventually, you learn not to get too stressed when nothing seems to be happening ...

Well done Dreamer, I'm also 4lbs (well 4.3) away from my xmas mini goal. Fancy a race to the mini goal finish line? It might just help us both avoid unnecessary snacking. good luck this week :)

So, this week I switched up my days so I could go out tonight and this week I've lost another 2lb :D, slowly does it I guess. Only 2 more lbs until my Christmas goal- I lost 2lb last week, 2lb this week maybe I'll lose those 2lb next week and hit my target!!

Well you have had a long run dreamer I'm sure it's just water. Pull your socks up girl for next week or you might get a wet fish smacked around your head from @janeg

Nooooo! Not that fish  I'm a little frustrated with the weight fluctuation but I guess I'm not that upset for one simple reason, yesterday I wore a pair of jeans I bought from Primark at the start of 5:2 which didn't even fit over my hips let alone do up! Yesterday I wore them  They were a teeny bit snug on the waist still but looked good  hopefully I'll see some downwards movement on the scale again this week.

This week I have been AWFUL with my eating! If I don't see a massive gain tomorrow I will be very surprised. I've had two parents' evenings working an 11hr day with no break, the children have been awful as well, overly tired and excited for Christmas. And then I've been battling a cold which has finally broken and I feel hideous AND I'm due my period next week and I'm usually ravenous the week before....So yeah, I've not had a good week on my non-fast days and I feel so upset with myself, but it's been just a combination of everything. I can't wait for the Christmas holiday, I find when I'm at home I actually DON'T eat loads, it's work that's doing it lol. Sorry for my rant, I'm feeling sorry for myself and needed to let out some frustration.

Well I think I've lost 2lbs this week, my scales couldn't make up their minds- first it said I was the same then I got off and it said the same thing, then I tried again and it was 2lb less- the five times after that said two lbs less as well. So I'm taking this week as a loss

Well done dreamer. I'd say it's a loss too, if I see it and it settles I'll take it. :)
