@Brand-ie I 4:3 and it seems to be a consistent source of weight loss for me. I didn't really lose that much when doing 5:2, it would bounce up and down. For me I think having too many feed days together undid all my fasting hard work. This way I only have the weekends as two consecutive days and even then, I don't eat enough. I think I've also been under eating (not intentionally) on my feed days and because I'm a lot heavier that seems to give it an extra boost too.

I was away for the week and somehow managed to fast too (I think I would feel too lost without fasting now lol) I think I lost weight but I don't know. I weighed myself this morning and it's showing a 500g increase from last week but that was after a feed day and I ate dinner really late last night because I got in so late. So I think I HAVE lost weight I'm just not sure how much. I'll have a check this week.

 Well done @daydreamer21 Hey fasting buddie 500 grams with one week away is brilliant, keep off those 3numbers on the scales or else!!! And also the new lower sized top you bought that's a fantastic confidence booster to go with the new jeans you're going to feel a million dollars in that outfit
Almost 5 stone you should be proud of yourself just how your mum can't see that is beyond me because your whole demeanour will have changed with that loss and it always shows on the outside to everyone, my sister is a bit sick of my permanent "highs" I love this WOL too. Sue

Thanks fasting buddy  I have a feeling I have lost but I can't be sure, but yes so long as I'm still under 3 numbers I'm happy! I was soooo happy when I went into Matalan and got those tops, it was Jamie's fault lol. I was going to pick up my normal size 18's and he's like..."You know you're going to lose weight again soon and you're going to get little use from them, you might as well get a smaller size and get longer use from them" (always the frugal one he is) so I tried on the smaller size and they fitted like a dream!!! And yes, with my new jeans I'm going to look good  I'm getting all my hair cut off next weekend too, so I shall post pics so you can see the new me! I'm feeling pretty good right now. I don't know what my mothers deal is honestly, I would have thought having better self-esteem and confidence is something a parent would want to instill in their child but apparently not. Anyway @Sue.Q I'm feeling too good to really care about what my mother thinks right now!

You have reached what, in aeroplane parlance, is called V2.......it means that you have now reached the point at which there is no stopping and you HAVE to commit to taking off and leaving the runway behind. Well done because I feel that this analogy really applies to you so Bon voyage and enjoy the rest of your journey and flying free, well done :like:  :victory:

It is really wonderful daydreamer to witness the transformation in you both in terms of weight loss and increasing self confidence and esteem. You are literally blossoming before our eyes and I can't wait to see a pic of you with your new coiffure and fab new clothes! xx
