It's been quite some time since I updated this, life has been busy but things have settled again now. I'm getting fairly frustrated with my weight at the moment. When I was away last week I managed to hit my Easter target (or so Jamie's mums' scales lead me to believe) but it just seems that over the last few months my weight has bounced around the same few KG and nothing is changing. I know I'm overdoing it on my non fast days, yet I still struggle to control it. Even doing 4:3 isn't helping again more. I wish I had more willpower to step away from carb laden items but I just find it so difficult. So, yeah, nothing really to report other than frustration that my weight doesn't seem to be going anywhere!

Hi buddie @daydreamer21
Sammy I'm in exactly the same situation as you buddie I've been bouncing all year I did a low carb trial with Debs over your holiday with good results but a 300g gain last week plus another 600g this week  Yes OK I've had sugar cravings since I've stopped it in my drinks but the chocolate keeps calling me, I wish I could regain my willpower from this time last year, time for us both to pull out socks up mate :clover: :clover:

@Sue.Q we should make a pledge to each other to try low carb lol. I have a problem with adding salt to stuff too. And anything sweet is a nightmare for me. So yes, I think next week I'm going to be really strong, no sugar, little in the way of wheat/flour products, control my salt intake too. It's really frustrating, looking at my tracker, the line is going down but so slowly and there are too many spikes in it for my liking. I HAVE TO REGAIN CONTROL lol.

I think that low carbing really does help. I have my little carb book that Ballerina recommended and it's really easy now to check very quickly without going on line all the time. Join the low carbing tent again. :like: I wish you both good luck. :clover:

Sammy you're doing really well, yes it's slow and a bit up and down but we know that's the 'down side' (if there is one) of this WOE. You seem to have made 5:2/4:3 a part of your life, something I seem to be constantly struggling to do. When we first started (about the same time) I used to keep an eye on you to see how I was doing in comparison. Now you're so far in front of me I need binoculars. Since Xmas you have lost a lot of weight and I'm still really struggling to get rid of my xmas gain :( Don't let the slowness or bumpiness get you down, look how far you have come and be proud of yourself. Hope you had a great Easter break with BF :)

Today I hit 94.8kg on the scales! A new low for me- I'm sure it will bounce up again next week as it usually does but I'm happy with this weigh in today. I also got to change my interim goal since I hit my 95kg one, I decided to make it a bigger target of 80kg. It's going to take awhile to get there but I'll get there in the end :)

Well done. The low carb week seems to have done the trick for you. I wish I could say the same thing. Keep doing what you're doing, you're doing great. :)

I actually didn't do the low carb thing lol, I tried but I just can't do it!! So I don't know, I guess I was more well behaved than I thought this week :) whatever I did I'm happy!! I'm rewarding myself by going for a pedicure today I think :)

You'll get there daydreamer! I have been seriously low carbing, and no, it isn't easy, especially when you are part of someone else's cooking regime, but stick with what you are doing as it is obviously working!

Good on you, if you can lose that much without low carb that's even better. You must feel great :)

Took a photo today to show BF how slim I was feeling and I compared it to the one I took when I first started- the biggest difference I notice is to my legs, it's great so I thought I would share with you all (hopefully this works!)Image apologies for the state of my bathroom!!!

As of today, I've also lost 2 stone since Sept on IF :)

Wow what a difference, you look amazing hun. You're right, your thighs look really slim but you can clearly see you've lost it all over. You must be getting compliments all the time. Well done :)
