I haven’t been here for a very long time and wondered if anyone is about? I am finding 5:2 difficult with no support and wondered if there is anyone else fasting.

Hi Wendy - I was one of those people back in 2013 too! What a coincidence you have been back here recently too! How are you doing - are you still doing 5:2? I fell off the wagon in the last couple of years, keen to get back into the swing of it.
