Posted: 10 Jan 2018, 10:50In today for the second fast of the year getting rid of the surplus gained in the last weeks. Probably not the only one, so who is joining me today?

I intended to fast today and did OK until 3pm - and then the fast fell apart. Oh well.....I can try again another day! Good luck to any other Wednesday fasters.
