Fasting today, Monday 1st April 2019

Morning all, I'm in today as feeling up for it. I seem to be making a little progress with my weight, down 700 g from last week.
Hoping to stick to coffee/water during the day and then eat in the evening.
I'm managing my eating after exercise a lot better as well, sticking to cup soups and pea protein after lunchtime gym sessions.
