The best tip i can give is water, water and a bit more water. Then a big bag of quavers (the really big bags are about 180 calories, which i think is mad - i actually dont like them much, but they are easy, relatively filling for the cal count, and that horrible after taste puts me off eating for hours! haha).

but yeah, other than quavers, drinking plenty of water (especially before / during eating) is the easiest cheat i have found. and happily, it is a cheat which is actually good for you, as far as i can tell! :)

thats all the tips i can think of right now. which leaves just motivation........ go on redgirl, you can do it! ..... did that help any? :p

How do you split your calories and what sort of things have you been having on your fasting days? Is it very different than the sort of food you'd eat on your feed days? Just wondering if we can offer some advice to help make it less of a challenge - but it helps to know how you're doing things first :)
