Hello Everyone,
My name is Bobbie and I'm new to these forums. I'm currently doing an every other day fast. I'm almost through week 2 and haven't seen much of a difference in my weight / how my clothes fit or energy level. Trying to stick with it in hopes that my body is just getting used to it.
I've been doing a ton of reading about it and welcome any and all advice.

Hi Bobbie!

Hang in there! You might want to try just doing the traditional 5:2 and being careful about how you eat on the non-fast days. But, sometimes it does take a little while for it to kick in!

Welcome!

Had you been dieting before you tried intermittent fasting?

Are you eating plenty of calories on your feed days?
