Anyone else notice the recent surge of articles on vinegar and weight loss?

I first learned about this from Patrick Holford when I read The Holford Diet (which is low GL) about 10 years ago. Also featured to help blood sugar control were cinnamon (I drink Pukka Three Cinnamon Tea daily) and chromium GTF supplements (for sugar cravings). Every little helps, as the saying goes.

Love a drizzle of balsamic vinegar on salad etc, much nicer than normal stuff.
I have tried starting my day with apple cider vinegar in warm water with lemon juice and honey. Quite invigorating!
p.s. BTW my weight increasing this week, always seems to happen when I've joined one of our challenges, psychosomatic?
Onwards, dear fasters, downwards :0)

I drink apple cider vinegar (the organic stuff with the "mother") every day for years now. It helps with the cravings, skin, hair, even sleep. I take one tablespoon diluted in a glass of water first thing in the morning and just before going to bed. It's an old grandmother remedy.
