After getting on the balance for the first time in ages, I am happy to report that I am at 48.320 kg to be exact, which puts me just at 18.7 BMI so that means I am normal again !!!! :victory:

It doesn't seems much but, with all the stress the past 2 years, I struggled to keep the weight on. Being in a much happier place, the struggle is much less intense.

@Azureblue So sorry. Just hang in there, it can only be better, right ? Winter can be a tough one when it comes to mood and/or food....

carorees wrote: I'm still managing to maintain just below my upper limit although about 2lb higher than I had hoped to maintain (so no "wiggle room" left). Still, my waist measurement has barely changed so I'm cool about it (at the moment anyway). If I can get through this year and still be under my chosen upper limit I will be very pleased and relieved!

Ditto!!!

Good to see so many of you either on track or tracking down those pounds. Happy to report I'm within my range, tending to weigh myself less and trying to allow my body to tell me it's time to put on the break or let it off. So looking forward to spring arriving ......... :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun:

Maintenance Month 019

Goal weight 120 lbs, maintenance range 118 - 122 lbs, method 19/5 every day.

Entry weight 124 lbs, exit weight 125 lbs, average 124.01 lbs

Lowest 123 lbs (8 days), highest 126 lbs (1 days)

This time last year I began daily weighing, so I can compare performance.

Average weight is 1.5 lbs higher than last Jan, and I saw the dreaded 9 stone for the first time in nearly 2 years

On the other hand, I am prepared to accept 1 lb of this is new muscle, as I have begun a little lifting and stretching.

Well fiddle-di-dee, tomorrow is another month.
