Achieved my first target - to be 11 something before I went on holiday! Weigh in this morning at 11 13lbs after four weeks and five days on 5:2. Really pleased with that as finding this WOE quite enjoyable - never found any diet enjoyable so therefore this is not a diet haha!!!!

Gonna have a week off for my holiday but then will be straight back on it.
