Please can anyone give me some ideas for lunch that I can have in the office up to about 150cals that isn't soup (I struggle with soup. I do have access to a microwave there.

Been reading lots of nice recipes/suggestions from you all on other posts for dinner.

Prawns wrapped in lettuce leaves. Soup, ha ha......salad, anything vegetarian. If you are fasting I would suggest that you stick with fluids ie bouillon, teas, coffee or oxo cubes. I used to think that I would not survive without meals, as we have been brainwashed into thinking that we need to eat little and often. Which in my case always switches on the hunger monster. So if fasting try not to eat until the evening, it may be difficult at first but in most cases it's easier to wait till the evening and have a bigger filling meal. You may be an individual who has to have three small meals, thats ok too as long as you stay within TDEE

I'm with @carieoates Bovril, bouillon etc but if you decide to take soup I saw these Sistema Soup Mugs that look really good http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sistema-Soup-Mu ... words=soup
Also available at John Lewis and Robert Dyas, and probably other places

I back up stick to the fluids and eat substantially later. I would say take a small bottle of coconut oil butter to work and add to a coffee and that will fill you up and you won't be hungry until dinner time. Add a nice bubbly mineral water, miso sachets and herbals teas to your lunch box.
