I can't imagine how many calories there are in a cup of steamed cauliflower branches but I tell you what, on the end of my fast day yesterday, it was absolutely delicious! I couldn't imagine raving about the taste and texture of plain steamed cauli, but it tasted divine. How fasting changes my taste buds!

oooh julianna I like the sound of the lemon and cumin - I'm addicted to crispy grilled cauli - spray olive oil on fast days and slap lots of EVOO on non fast days - but I'm having a fascination with lemon at the moment so will try this. I HAD  to buy this Lebanese wholemeal walnut & lemon slice today - delish, if a little sweet and large. Must find a recipe and make it less weet and more lemony

It is amazing how wonderful things taste after you have fasted. The roasted garlic and cauliflower soup on this site is also sooooooo nice
