This first photo was taken several years ago, but is the same weight as I was when I hit my heaviest in June 2012 (16 stone 1lb).



The second photo was again taken a couple of years ago, but is the same weight as I was at the start of 2013, before I started this WOL (15 stone 7lbs).



This last photo was taken a couple of days ago. I am 11 stone 13lbs.



I've still got about a stone to go till I hit my goal weight, and then I will review how I'm doing.

That's brilliant, I started at 15st 12lb on 1st June. now 14st 0lb. Can't see any difference but must be. Will have to start taking photos. you look fab!! X
