Hi all I'm starting to try to get on top of things again after a week off with our new kittens (must start a topic about that) and a few really bad weeks health/stress wise. So, for a bit of fun I made this



...which I then proceeded to post on our Facebook group, only to realise I'm not sure I told you all about it!

I'm hoping to do a bit more with all our social stuff in the coming weeks and try to bring in some new blood so to speak - not that I don't love all our lovely regulars but it's always nice to welcome some more new members to our fabulous way of eating!

Love the graphic. It would be great to have you back as it's been so quiet around here. Hopefully your kittens are helping get better and we really need pictures - you know the ones of them climbing the curtains!

What a great idea I love the 'keep calm' original and it is so true as often my fast days are like an oasis in the busyiness. Well done @Moogie and I look forward to kittens post

I' m not on FB caro @carorees so can't help there..
I belong to another great forum ( not fast or diet related) but when we opened a FB group,so many members vanished onto it,and never returned to the forum
We lost that family feel ...i really hope that wont happen here x
