Suggestion for smargetts for alternate toast toppings - I am able to buy "party cubes" which are small packages of flavoed soft cheese (15 calories), more satisfying than butter or margarine and an easy way to measure calorie content.
I find a high protein breakfast, a bit of ham and egg for example, lasts me much longer than high carb toast, etc..
