Fast Sunday Feb 1st

I have to commit here or it will be another failed fast and it will soon be fat days not fast days. Coffee and porridge thus far. I am going to go back to my fasting roots and make cauliflower, butternut and onion soup. Low calorie, delicious and got me through my weightloss. Good luck to anyone joining me.

Mine is an under 1000 cal fast, probably about 700 or less. I'll make it today.

Hi @GMH and @MaryAnn I'm in too! May as well make the most of this week because I'm off on my hols next week...and there won't be a whole lot of fasting going on...that's for sure!!

I am in too, although still struggling to keep with the plan (i.e. <500 Cal) Here goes yet another try. I am maintaining - but 3kg over where I want to be. Equinox challenge a bust so far :frown:
