Sunday 24th May Fast Day

Not wanting to overshare but its that time of the month, and as I always start it off with zero appetite (and slept to almost midday thanks to cramps and my OH didn't wake me >.<) I figured I'd make it a fast day. I might even try out ADF for this fortnight and do Tu/Th/S next week lol. Why not, I enjoy fasting and especially that rush the next day when you open up with a huge (yet low cal and healthy) breakfast xD.
Anyone else fasting today? If so best of luck!
