Posted: 27 Aug 2016, 09:52Yesterday I tried this, it did not work. I think now I got the hang of it!! 
My weight has now truly established itself on the lower level of 57.6 kg. I do find this window fasting (21/3) very easy.
Hope I'll find this new site as easy soon,

PS. I snooped around here a bit more and Voila! I found my BMI: 22.5
