FASTED TODAY - THURSDAY 26 JULY!!
Posted: 26 Jul 2018, 21:12Well here I am again. Just about to go to bed after another great fast! I opted for my Mornflake Oatbran with coconut milk, an egg and a treat of cream and sugar on top - it was deeeeeelish!!
Now I'm hoping that tomorrow morning's weigh-in will bring a great big smile on my face - please!!
Did anyone else fast today or was I the only one - again?!!
